> "This is the third project Tom has worked on for me, and I think maybe one of his least favourite EVER… but from his constantly sunny demeanour, you wouldn’t know it! This was a full bathroom refit, with all of those nicely laid plans flying out the window on day 1 when Tom discovered the building was structurally unsound & the ceiling was about to cave in. No sweat though - all sorted within a matter of days, then it was onwards and upwards for a magical transformation. I am SO pleased with the quality of work carried out; I wouldn’t trust anyone else with something of this magnitude."
