He discovered a problem with build up of metal fragments in the inlet valve to the boiler (from the old cast-iron main supply in our street) and, by clearing it, significantly improved the supply of gas arriving at the boiler and therefore improving its efficiency. We felt great confidence in the work that was done and will use Pro-Care (and Phoenix!) in the future.
