John knew what he was talking about and his estimate was most satisfactory. There were complexities too as the property is on the Grosvenor Estate and there was a weekly visit by their appointed Clerk of Works, which John dealt with smoothly and efficiently. The works progressed without a hitch and even more was instructed into the scope without the programme requiring alteration"

He is always on hand if there is a query and no problem is too big to resolve. I have enjoyed dealing with him and his team as they are all very friendly and trustworthy. The quality of the workmanship, from full rewire, gas mods, new doors and frames throughout alterations, plastering and finishes are all fantatstic. Could not recommend more highly."
