> "Artistry in scaffold! The scaffold was erected at the rear and side to accommodate the painting regime past the guttering of a 4 story house as a request. This also allowed us to clean the slates. Later the rear and side was taken down in sequence and front put up immediately. They were a great team, friendly very fast and accurate. I took my wife to the very top to share the view! In short, 5 stars for Ralph Prodger's team. Top Tip: Make tea for them and stand back."

> "The scaffolding itself was fine. The problem is that in putting up the scaffolding they took a decision to cut off significant branches of a fig tree that we had nurtured for 25 years. We have had scaffolding up before without the need for this. We had checked beforehand if they needed any shrubbery etc cutting back and they said they didn’t and could work around things as they were. We were in when they erected the scaffolding so could have asked for permission (which we would not have granted) before sawing off the branches. They have not responded to our complaints about this."
