Took them a little time to find the right replacement tile (apparently I have an uncommon type of tile and it took them asking 3 different suppliers to find a replacement) but once they did, they got back to me to arrange the work to be completed that same day. Spent time to clearly explain everything. Got the job done quickly. Price was reasonable. Would recommend."
