Many of these solutions have been identified and brought to us by Stan for our consideration, to agree. Where these have occured he has been transparent as to the cost of materials and provided receipts to justify the costs. Labour is based on days work and as with many is subjective, but fair. Cleaniness has been a challenge as we are in a cul-de-sac so limited space which has issues. Good quality of work and work ethic, would recomend."
