When unforeseen issues came up, these were explained, options and pricing presented, and we were given the choice of what we wanted to do. Skender, Gent, Erik and Gary were friendly and polite and the work they did was excellent. Although parts of the project were incredibly messy, great care was taken to protect things that could not be removed, and the house was left as clean and tidy as was reasonably possible at the end of each day. We're extremely happy with the result."
