> "Very professional service. Despite sitting on their quote for nearly a month there was no pressure placed on us to decide by R&M. Once the quote was accepted they contacted us and were ready within a week to install. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and to a high standard even staying on beyond the time they were expecting to finish due to a dud fuse in the new boiler. They also discovered the soil pipe in the loft was left open ended by installers of the original boiler and fixed that with us only having to pay for the parts. Very friendly guys and will 100% be using them in future"

R fitted the new sink taps quickly and efficiently and even angled them on the basin, it's the little things that make a difference! He was friendly, polite and there was no mess whatsoever. I can highly recommend them and will be asking them to do my boiler service. Unlike others I have used in the past, they don't rip you off and quite simply get the job done. Excellent."
