They provided honest advice and were competitively priced. The guys were friendly and really tidy and considerate to my ground floor neighbours. Prior to that, whenever I called he would always call back within 10-12 minutes, if he was busy, then he will call back the next day to address my concerns. An agreed payment was sent with a letter on the 16/09/15, mentioning that some tidying and cleaning was not done, our next door neighbour had complained about this, I also reminded him that our agreed guarantee had not arrived. I phoned him for non-receipt of guarantee 01/10/15, he called back on the 02/10/15 and confirmed send it to me in the post. Finally I received it on the 29/10/15, I called the trader on the 02/11/15 to confirm receipt, but also to query the fact that the guarantee was for 10 years only and not 15 years as agreed I left Messages on his landline. It was a simple request to make a call and does not take long, prior to this I called him on 3 separate occasions, his did not call back. My perception of Ryan has now changed.
