The job overall was completed in the agreed time frame. Ross sets a good standard and a sense of pride in his work. Ross leads his team to of high standard and professionalism and you see this as you watch them work. As with all construction work, any problems, were dealt with professionally. When I realised that I had asked for the wrong colour of tiles, Ross quickly corrected this and immediately ordered the correct tiles for me with no hassle. I have already recommended Ross to couple of friends, our neighbours included.
