This time, I was having a new kitchen at the same time and Ryan organised the joiner, electrician and plumber to come in after the damp proofing and fit the kitchen, which I'm very grateful for. Daily voice notes and videos kept me up to date whilst I wasn't living at the property and the house was left tidy afterwards. Very impressed with the jobs done again.
