They always try to sort a problem over the phone or remotely which can help paying for call outs. They have put in place a robust preventative maintenance schedule contract in place that has kept our equipment to required standards, also I found many times that they have more knowledge and experience of system manufacturers. Spent so long in the past on the phone to certain companies call centres."
