I (Anita Heaton) had unfortunately been scammed by another roofer – paid a large sum for what turned out to be extremely poor workmanship. As soon as it rained, there was a major leak, and to make matters worse, the original roofer had vanished, with their number disconnected. I contacted Alan and he came out within 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and quickly identified the issue – there were clear gaps in the roof and very poor-quality work. He fixed the leak in under 30 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. I was so grateful for his honesty, speed, and quality of work. Highly recommend Reactive Roofing Solutions!"
