> "Small job to repair my elderly dad’s flat felt roof. Two of the five quotes were more reasonable than the others, so flipped a coin and Rob came out on top. My dad wanted someone to come and see the job beforehand and although Rob didn’t need to (he’d seen it on GE and I’d sent pictures) he took the time to go and have a look and set his mind at rest. Very friendly and good communication throughout. The guys turned up on time, took everything away and my dad’s happy with the job.
