> "We had been looking for a lightweight powered wheelchair for my husband that I could lift into the car and that was robust enough to be useful for a very long time. Nicky, Regan and Stuart at Chingford Right Mobility went above and beyond to find a solution. The 1st couple that they demonstrated for us at home were too difficult for me to get into the car but they researched further possible options and came up with the 12kg Drive Aero Carbon Powerchair. This has been excellent, it folds like a manual wheelchair, making it much easier for me to get it into the car and at 12 kg is light enough to be manageable. It also has attendant assistance which helps with any tricky kerbs. It’s excellent for hospital visits, shops and places with smooth surfaces. It’s not an ‘off-roader’ but it does what we need it to do and it has transformed our experience of going out in the car, having previously been reliant on a manual wheelchair. Many thanks to the team at Chingford."

> "Stairlift service was carried out satisfactorily but it needed some parts which we paid for over the phone and subsequently needed a refund. This has not been received and the shop has been avoiding us despite numerous calls. I would advise not paying for anything unless you have an invoice in advance as this has now become virtually impossible for us to resolve without it and stressful at the same time. Update - Since writing the review we have received a partial refund of £50 out of the £110 we paid for 2 items not received."
