> "Rich & Tim made an excellent team, first to respond out off all plumbers contracted, extremely flexible with the quote timing with a more than fair price. Was able to work with us to offer exactly what we needed. Extremely reliable with timings and was able to start work ASAP after quote, work was carried out to a perfect standard whilst explaining what they were doing incase I wanted to add to the system in the future. Boiler had an issue day after fitting (not of any of their work but from factory) and Rich returned in record time early hours to ensure it was corrected. Highly recommend"
