He arranged a new job before he finished ours and lost focus on our job, so never finished up. We are now having to finish many tidying up jobs ourselves and having to redo the whole of the plumbing in the utility because he connected the toilet to a soakaway, not the sewer. We have been trying to communicate with him since early october but he has not returned calls or returned items that belong to us. Very disappointed after it all started so well."
