Rob arrived promptly, carried out the work (making a very neat job in a difficult working space), cleaned up and did a thorough check that everything was working correctly before he left. Rob is really friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and willing to spend time explaining what he is doing. An absolute pleasure to have him working here. Very highly recommended - we will definite use Rob again."
