> "A replacement flat roof was requested in 2017, The work was carried out at to our satisfaction. However, the roof leaked, damaging the internal ceiling (2019). Initial repair did not cure the issue and resulted in the complete replacement of the roof and redecoration of ceilings (2021). In May 23 we noticed that the top surface was bubbling and cracking - very disappointing as the roof had a 25 year guarantee. Roofing First accepted that there was an issue which needed remedial work. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company we are still waiting for a resolution. 6 years on!"
