> "My bathroom window opening mechanism had failed meaning I was unable to open it. As it was upstairs and difficult to access Vince removed first the glass, then the window itself in order to gain access to the broken gearbox. A new gearbox was installed and the window reinstalled. Vince then provided me with advice on how to keep the window mechanisms and locks properly lubricated. All this work was completed in under an hour. RPS was recommended to me and, following his excellent work and great communication, I would thoroughly recommend Vince to anyone seeking double glazing repairs."
