> "Ray has been very helpful. My lights in my fireplace have gone and he identified the issue straight away. Unfortunately the top of the granite fireplace needs to come off prior to being able to carry out the work, which I am trying to arrange with the fireplace supplier. Either way I will be using Ray to either fix or make safe these lights depending on the fire shops willingness to take the top off. I must add there was good communication and no charge in identifying the problem. I would 100% recommend him."
