> "Work was to a good standard but had a significant problem with a firepit which cracked badly when used. Scott Hadley made a number of promises to fix the problem but never did. He texted me this morning (after more than a year of chasing) to say that he wasn't going to do the repairs as he had just ceased trading and which meant: " I cannot do anything". People can get into trouble for reasons beyond their control. I don't judge him on that but he had more than a year to sort this out which makes me think he never intended to do so."
