He managed to secure some tiles and fix the issue before the rain returned. He also fixed some other loose tiles whilst he was on the roof and advise of some issues that should be dealt with in due course. The time from initial contact to fix was excellent, given the workload on these professional organisations at present. Quote received matched invoice 100%. Excellent all round. Thank you."
