In his most recent visit he swapped out all spotlights in the house for new LED ones, removed multiple spotlights (and made good with plasterboard and a light skim) and installed a central pendant light in a bedroom, and swapped out a useless bathroom fan for a much more effective one. He gave great advice during the quote stage and carried out all works brilliantly, particularly when uncovering a few issues left by the previous house owner.
