Arising concerns, (e.g. the colour of the new tiles, that we hadn’t discussed in advance) I addressed directly to him by phone and he changed them the next day without making any fuss - after having shared pictures of possible alternatives by WhatsApp. John kept his workers on site so the works were executed within a few days and when they left, the site was clean - no rubbish or damage left behind.
