> "We live in a Victorian town house (four floors) and had all the UVPC windows (6 plus 2 bay windows with 3 separate windows in each) and 4 sets of doors replaced. The windows are wooden 'sash' windows (spiral balanced). The company was able to bespoke the windows to replicate other original ones in houses in the road and also replaced all the doors that matched the features of the original doors. We found the personnel of Sashed to be very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of us seeking a quotation. Once we agreed to use the company, the quotation was very competitive in price, the follow up survey was thorough. The quality of the windows and doors are very good and we are very pleased with them. The installation process took longer than originally planned due to some difficulties that were discovered when the old windows were removed. However, the making good is excellent and there is no sign of any the problems they uncovered. The follow up visit after installation was helpful, with a few very minor points dealt with quickly. Overall we were very impressed with the company and the whole process of replacing the windows and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who is considering having similar work done in their home"
