> "Sean was very good when he came to quote. He explained things clearly when talking about the works required. What was going to be done and how long the works would take was also explained clearly. Works were done efficiently and as per time frame. A repair to the junction between the pitch roof and flat roof of new extension was required and this was effected and now do not have water leaking in to the new extension. Cost was also as quoted with no nasty surprises. Snagging carried out promptly. Have had a couple of heavy downpours since works complete and happy to say all dry."
