David served a four year apprenticeship at Brooke Marine shipbuilders and Lowestoft college of Further education achieving craft and advanced craft certificates in painting and decorating. After spending 14 years in Lowestoft working on various contracts from Luxury yacht interiors to grade two listed buildings David moved to London and continued to carry out a wide variety of contracts. Silkline Decorating mainly specialize in domestic interiors and exteriors but will consider all enquires in the decorating field. The company is now based back in Lowestoft and although still serving long standing customers in the capital it is also aiming to provide a service to new customers in and around the Lowestoft area.
