> "I employed James from Royal roofing and home improvements on the 21/1/21, He and Steven Lock from SJL home improvement began work a few days later. Total cost was to be £7000, but ended up costing £9000 for work which I later found out was not needed. I was left with a roof that still leaked, blocked downpies, 12 broken tiles, broken chimney vent and unsecured ridge tiles and capping that wasn,t fixed properly. I tried to contact contractors on all media and got no responses. I have since employed a roofer that has fixed these problems."
