> "Slate were one of five companies that we got quotes from, this was for two small blocks of flats that were showing damp inside many of the flats. their quote was the best - albeit by pennies - but when we met Carl Slate the penny dropped. As an association, we have to get a RAMS report done by any contractor, and these are always a hassle. But Carl was very much up to date with on-site safety, which is the first time that's happened! So he won the contract, and the work was excellent. Thorough and clean, and all the flats are reporting a massive improvement in damp. Job Done!"
