I was following SM London Construction on Instagram for a couple of years as a local builder before I purchased my first home in Rayners Lane and required quite a lot of work to be done. Shaz came and met us, he was open, honest, he priced the job fairly and he really is a man of his word. He got the job completed in the time frame he told us and charged us exactly what he quoted. The quality of the work has been great and Shaz has a built a brilliant team. The guys always kept the site clean, were skilful in their specific trade and were always super helpful and approachable. This is our first home as a family for me, my wife and our 3 young children. We used all our savings and support from family to purchase and renovate this home so again I cannot stress how much trust we put in Shaz and we will forever be grateful for his help, advice and friendship and for building us our dream home.
