Some suggested it was due to cracking mortar in the wall, offering two solutions: repair the mortar or install lead flashing. They found no issues with the felt. Others recommended a new roof or partial replacement. I chose Billy, who provided a quote. Although expensive, it was the quickest option. I can’t confirm if it’s fixed as there’s been no rain.
