I was most impressed by their courteous manner and the prompt start made on the work. They were meticulous in their preparatory work laying down dust sheets etc. and asking where I would like them to start. They worked quickly and as quietly as they could, given the work involved in removing the existing frames. Their work ethic was phenomenal as they worked continuously with only an occasional break for a very well-earned brew. Their attention to detail was most noticeable when completing the final adjustments and clearing away upon completion. The locking procedures were fully explained and demonstrated. I cannot fault this stage of the work in any way and the same goes for the experience from my initial inquiry, sales rep. visit and measuring survey. All were conducted in a highly professional manner with no sales pressure. I'm so impressed that I will almost certainly be placing an order for another door and window to my living room to be replaced later this summer (your surveyor measured up for this whilst he was here).
