> "Sparkling Results cleaned our property every 3 weeks for a few months and the quality of the clean was generally good. But their customer service was not so I would not recommend their service at all. Multiple times, the prices kept changing. We made it clear that we wanted a fixed number of hours per clean but they would work beyond those hours without communicating to us and expect us to pay a higher fee. When challenged, there was no apology, just arguments. Worst of all, they broke an expensive vase and after their insurance valued the vase, they refused to pay the full value."
