Engineer turned up 13 days later with new parts, tried to charge me another £30 for more parts, only for engineer to identify the issue was the first guy fitting the door seal wrong. 2 weeks of my time and money get family of four clothes washed because of poor workmanship. Asked for call out fee back as compensation. Refused."
