His knowledge on all aspects, products, process, reference and assurance of installing the roof insulation at the 1600s Cottage re-build was essential to the success of this project, which had stalled with other insulation services; manoeuvred around the most obstructive Building Control who did not understand anything outside 'standard Cold/Warm roofs'. His design, numerical evidence and enthusiasm to support this retrospective warm roof install was key to a good outcome."
