He helped us through the process of choosing our bathroom fittings, giving great advice throughout. Everything was arranged for stripping out and installing our new bathroom while we were away on holiday. Steve kept us up to date with the progress and any problems that occurred were communicated and dealt with effectively. On our return we found the house clean & tidy, just as we left it . . . . and the bathroom, wow, what a transformation. The result is fantastic, high standard of finish and excellent workmanship. Everything is much better than we ever expected."
