> "Simon has done an excellent job of our loft. Had to negotiate with the architect and surveyor to get the job done how we wanted it. Very thorough in attention to detail. The others trades he used to get the job done were also excellent. Job included strengthening the floor joists, putting in 5 x Velux Windows, insulating, flooring, stud walls and plaster boarding. Did do some of the finishing off myself. Overall very pleased with the result. Thanks Simon and Team"

At the beginning of the build I had failed to make some of the required arrangements with the council to satisfy building regs. Si was on hand to help solve this problem and get everything in place and the job ran on rails. Exceptional workmanship. Excellent time keeping.
