He came out immediately, identified multiple issues, took pictures, and advised us so we could contact the original builder. The very next morning, he returned to repair the worst of the leaks, to stop further damage while we waited for the original builder—who never responded. Steven stayed in touch throughout, and when we recieved no response from the original builder he came back and promised to fix everything. True to his word, he and his team repaired the roof, fascia, soffits, guttering, gable end, and leadwork for little more than material costs.
