From his visit we could tell he knew what he was doing and understood exactly what we wanted, just installed confidence. I have real bug bear with traders, being unreliable, not updating and bad communication, Ricky has been brilliant, even worked around the other bits of work we had going on, cant recommend him enough, Once decorator & carpet fitter have been in I will send Ricky pictures -So Pleased"

He’d turn up when he said he would, and even had help to get the job finished in time. Completely refurbed our staircase from a boring white with spindles to oak and glass. It really makes the hallway look fantastic. Also replace twelve doors to oak, even making up a frame work to replace some old Upvc doors. What we spent with Ricky is a great investment in our house and worth every penny. Workmanship 10/10. And left the place spotless at the end of each day."
