He runs his business on honesty and reliability. All work undertaken is carried out to the latest BS7671 standards. 'All Hands and Hearts' are a non profit volunteer based organisation that helps rebuild and improve areas in the aftermath of a natural disaster anywhere in the world. Joel has first hand experience working for them as a volunteer in Nepal, Peru and offers them electrical advice & guidance to keep their projects and volunteers safe. The value of the redundant and excess cable collected from jobs undertaken is donated to All Hands And Hearts. Redundant cable usually gets thrown in the skip but here it is scrapped, recycled and the cash is donated to help disaster struck communities get rebuilt
