He arrived within an hour of my call and promptly diagnosed a leaking tank, taking videos to show us exactly what the problem was. He ordered a new tank and was happy to fit it the next day, which was a Sunday so that my mum wouldn’t be without hot water for too long. He also returned during the week to check everything was working okay and my mum had no further problems. I will definitely be using Josh again."
