New wiring where needed, new distribution box, spot lights. Fitted a fantastic kitchen with an island creating a modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Extending out over existing kitchen and cutting into the existing roof line creating a large bedroom with a vaulted ceiling with pendant lights and spot lights. A spacious en-suite shower room was created off of this bedroom."
