Kris explained how they would approach sorting it out over the phone, then Kye came as scheduled the next day and serviced/repaired the boiler. He also discovered that our gas pressure was down and organised for the gas suppliers to come and replace a part on their side of the meter which they did within a couple of hours. Brilliant service, excellent communication and a wonderfully quiet boiler - highly recommended!"
