We used TLC for the whole project, from planning through to completion and found the process to be relatively stress free, however the architect used was not always the easiest to get hold of. This was the only real niggle we had. The workmanship, knowledge and reliability of TLC was second to none, the work was completed to a high standard with no significant snagging.
