He fitted us in during the busy pre-Christmas period at very short notice, arrived on time, and charged reasonably for what was a difficult fault to diagnose. Through no fault of his, he had to make two visits in order to make sure that the fault had been solved; the second was on the New Year bank holiday, as he was (and I'm not surprised) going to be very busy over the rest of the month. He's great!"
