> "Unreliable. We’d recently had building work completed in the house, so booked a deep clean based off Trojan’s reviews (having previously being let down by another cleaner).On the day they were booked, they turned up 3 hours late and then stayed for a total of 2 hours before having to shoot off early, leaving less than half of the job done. Then called to rebook for the following Thursday, to which they didn’t turn up at all without warning (despite us calling and texting to chase). They also managed to break our shower lever while here too…Quality of their work is good, but far too unreliable."
