> "Starting with the things that I would describe as acceptable…Tomasz was polite, did the job very quickly and tidied everything after finishing the job. Now these points don’t have any purpose because the jobs were done poorly. Sure, the guttering was new, but they didn’t even bother removed the old fascia and just screwed brand new plastic ones over old rotting ones. The guttering was fitted too long, where the window in one of the rooms couldn’t even open. And all the leaks that they ‘fixed’ all worse than ever before. I’ve tried several times to contact Tomasz, all with empty promises."
