> "Dissapointing service. Initially told by salesman that the work would be completed within 6 weeks. After several calls, personal visits to their office the porch was installed 16 weeks after contract signed. The roof leaked, was resealed and still leaks. There are air gaps between the porch and the house where the wind whistles through. Despite talking to the apologetic lady in the office, I'm still waiting for her to call me back with an appointment to rectify the defects. Would I recommend them to my friends? No way!"
