During the work itself, he was always punctual, extremely tidy, showed me each step of the process, talked me through what he was doing and why. Before he left, he answered all my questions on what might happen next, how long to wait before re-instating decoration and the do's and don'ts I need to follow when I do. Also said I could whatsapp photos over to him if I ever had any queries or concerns. He finished on schedule and washed my floor on his way out. Professional to a T and a lovely man to boot. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

Richard sorted this blocked shower pipe very quickly and efficiently. He also replaced 2 basin taps in the bathroom along with replacing a garden tap.
